Compliance Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") Compliance

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), Cash Safebay LLC, has designated an agent to receive notifications of alleged copyright infringement associated with this Website. Upon receiving proper notice, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to remove or disable access to any materials that believe in good faith infringe a copyright or otherwise violates intellectual property rights or the law, in accordance with the terms of the DMCA (about which further information can be found at http://lcweb.loc.gov/copyright).

If you believe that your copyrighted work is being infringed, please notify our copyright agent. When notifying us of the alleged copyright infringement, please include all of the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
  2. Identification of the material which is claimed to be infringing on copyrighted work;
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to have been infringed upon and information reasonably sufficient to allow Us to locate that material;
  4. Information reasonably sufficient to allow Us to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address;
  5. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

If you believe that a notice of copyright infringement has been wrongly filed against you and you would like to submit a counter-notification, you may file a counter-notification in response to a claim of copyright infringement with our copyright agent identified above. Your counter-notification should identify the materials removed, information about how to contact you and a declaration under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the information and that you have a good faith belief that the information removed does not infringe or otherwise violate the law.

You may want to seek independent legal counsel before filing a notification or counter-notification under this policy.
